Delete my account

You can delete your KWAH account at any time, right in the app. It’s immediate and permanent.

In the app

1. Open the Profile tab.
2. Tap the Settings icon at the top right.
3. At the very bottom, tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

What is deleted

Your profile, KWAHs, photos, private notes, friends, likes, comments and usage statistics.

What remains

• messages you wrote in a group that still has members, without your name;
• restaurants you added, which are shared pages, without your name;
• groups you created, handed to their longest-standing member;
• reports about your account and moderation decisions, kept for 2 years.

Can’t access the app anymore?

Email confidentialite@kwah.ch from your account’s email address asking for deletion. KWAH does it within 30 days and confirms.
